Who else looks at what people wear on instagram and think “how can she afford so many cute outfits?!” Anyone? Everyone? Hello?
Anyway… as someone who is always switching her style, I constantly look for decently priced and fashion forward options. When I stumbled upon the Who What Wear collection for Target I was in heaven! Everything in the collection is perfectly priced and such good quality. I bought this blouse and sweater seperatly but on those days when I want a “preppy touch” the polka-dot top with detailed sleeve is the perfect layering piece. I absolutely love how the two pieces have different looks but mesh so well together.
